I responded, yeah you can install a single license on up to two machines. He tried telling me I could install CorelDRAW 2023 on two computers. So then I tried their online chat system and got connected to a guy using a Latin sounding name. I first tried calling Corel's customer service via phone the lady I talked to could barely understand me and then ended up hanging up on me. I think part of this problem stems from Corel jobbing out all the phone, chat and other customer related stuff to India or other off-shore places where they can pay dirt-poor wages to people whose first language is not English. I'm trying to get one of these two licenses applied to my co-worker's account. My guess is this happened out of some auto-pilot nonsense since the billing address for both licenses is the same (my workplace). My CorelDRAW 2022 license included a second perpetual "DR24U22" serial number. Important detail: two subscription licenses are shown under my Corel account Product Status, but only one serial number (the "DR24S22" number from my CDR 2022 license) is listed. Why would I need two subscriptions under my user name alone? When my co-worker's account auto-renewed that second license should have gone to her, not me. For reasons I cannot understand both CDR 2023 subscription licenses somehow got applied only to my user account. We have both been running "upgrade protection" versions of CorelDRAW. My day-job license and the license of one of my co-workers was set to auto-renew when CorelDRAW 2023 was released. I'm fairly angry with Corel and its customer service right now, thanks to a needlessly stupid headache they've created.
